I’m currently going through the NACA Program in hope to become a 1st time homeowner and I must admit that I am committed. I’ve enjoyed the support of everyone included. My NACA counselor Ms. Sylvia Murillo-Renard has been extremely helpful in everything I’ve done so far. I don’t know much about this process but Ms. Sylvia truly cares about supporting me. She is knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring to a point where I can ask questions about anything. I’m grateful for her being very open with me about each step. Praise to her and all the other staff for their patience and dedicated, supportive approach. If they don’t know specifics to a question I have, they direct me to someone that can actually help me. Before I take any action ahead, I can say that they help make this a straightforward process. I love that they are committed to the home buying process, making it a genuine care for those who participate.
