Joe from the help desk at Nixplay was exceptionally helpful when I was unable to continue to use my Nixplay Mobile App. I have used Nixplay for many many years and was very very troubled when I was no longer able to access my personal photos. Joe came to my rescue when emailing me with step by step instructions as to how to once again use my mobile Nixplay app. Joe’s willingness to check back to make sure all was working for me embodied his spirit of caring for me and Nixplay as well.
