Month 5 waiting for product
Ordered a pair of lenses on March 27th. At the end of May I asked for a refund. They declined and opened a case with the shipper. More than a week later I let them know it was time for a refund as I had now moved from the address that would have been on the package. They declined again and reshipped a new pair, which I assumed meant it was on the way. More than 10 days later (it's now June 9th) I recieve notification that they just created the shipping label. This company is total garbage, and just drop shipping from China on the lowest paid carrier. Still waiting (June 11). Now June 23rd and they are scheduled to arrive on the 25th. August 7th update: After ignoring a request for a refund I am told my order is out for delivery. Even if you remove the time for a change of address these lenses have taken months to arrive. I don't think ReplacementLenses.com really understands the we would all rather pay the extra $1 for quality shipping than wait for months. I am sure the lenses quality will be fine but probably broken after being in the shipping system for 3 months. Another reminder that you get what you pay for.
