Avoid them at all cost
Avoid them at all cost. They charge 27% fee on each enrolled debt. They don't disclose that in the beginning but only in small letters. I got sued by discover. I rejected 3 offers that five lakes presented. I don't think they were negotiating. My debt was $9500k and they wanted me to pay 8k in 8 months. I said it was ridiculous. They scare you with saying that if you don't take the offer then court l, judgment and garnishment. Bla bla bla. Of course they wanted their $2400 dollar fee. So in reality I would have paid a total of 10k. Absurd. I went to court and represented myself. Settled for $7300 in 38 MONTHS. Thank you. $200 a month. As opposed to the BS five lakes wanted me to do of $1200 a month. These people are simply running business based on your incapacity to make payments and fear. Avoid them and save money.
