Itoolmax is a terrible online store. I placed an order and paid 3 days ago, but I haven't received any shipping information. The order hasn't been processed for shipping, yet they've already withdrawn the money. The order processing and delivery are very slow, so I can't wait any longer. I've sent 5 emails to customer service to cancel the order, but only received one reply. They haven't refunded me yet. I rate Itoolmax's customer service as slow and unhelpful.
