I wouldn't even give one star. Pure Talk Wireless phone. When I ended with Pure Talk back in April 2026, I was told there's no charges owed left. I was told not to send the phone back. I left it at that. Just today, June 9, 2026, I found charges to my bank account by $218.00. I call Pure Talk, asking why they charged this amount and request for a refund. The lady from P/T said it's to cover the phone. I tried to explained to her that I did not owe anything but she insist I still owe them and will not return my money. This is ridiculous, what a scamming service they provide. They lack communication, poor service, scamming you for extra fees. They need to be dealt with. As Trump says, they witch hunt you after you cancel their service. What can be done? Any advice?
