Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order, then was asked to pay additional shipping fees afterward. When I refused to pay the unexpected extra charge, my refund request was also refused. I feel this situation was handled unfairly, and my concerns were not properly addressed by customer service.
