Not recommended for use. Firstly, when filling out the required forms, I do know both my parents, but i dont know their birth information, and one of them was adopted as an infant and the forms wouldnt allow partial information, so had to leave a parent section "UNKNOWN" (yes it caused a flag by the Dept of State, but easily straightened out, just unnecessary). Secondly the "Total fee" need for the passport was wrong, in the completed forms they calculated a total of $235.05, which when we got to the "Acceptance agency location, they reviewed our forms and advised us we need to get a corrected Money order for the proper amount, again leading us to unneeded running around and luckily the Western union allowed us to cancel the old and get a new one rather easily. Still caused time delay and aggravation. Thirdly, the website DOES NOT update information in a timely fashion. I had to use the Dept of State website directly to see the proper status of the passport. UP TO and including the day I received my passport, according to "Rush my Passport" website, it was still being processed and awaiting a decision. Luckily someone was home to receive the delivery otherwise another time delay would have been created. Long and Short, I paid almost $600 for the service, I expect information to be updated in a timely matter and correct. Not full of obstacles and misinformation. If you have anxiety or mistrust issues DO NOT use this company. They did finally get the service done but it was full of stress and extra work.
