bait and switch?
I ordered the Simparica Trio. Allivet called my vet for verification, and my vet verified and approved that I ordered Simparica Trio. I received the incorrect item and when I went back online my order was modified. I called and talked to a representative and they said I ordered the incorrect item and there was nothing they could do. I did not order the incorrect item. My last order with Allivet.
