Defective sofa and solution offered unacceptable.
Received sofa is defective and not as described. Multiple seams are uneven and puckered, there are tears in the fabric, excess material, and visible workmanship defects. Item arrived in unacceptable condition and does not match expected quality. When I called to complain they offered a discount of roughly 20% (I don't want a discount...I want a quality product and I want to pay full price!) or to exchange it in (hopefully) 2-4 weeks but could be 6 or 8 (ummmmmm...I wanted a new one in good condition today...That's what we agreed to!).
