Extremely pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. Susha was so helpful and took the time to figure out exactly what my husband and I were looking for, and she listened, showed us several options, and then asked more questions and gave us more options with no pressured sales pitch. Overall experience with Susha was an 11 out of 10!!!

Watch for flaws

I bought a dinette set ( it was fine) and a dining room table and chairs. The dining room set had some flaws on the table top. Customer service sent a “ technician” who sprayed some shiny fixative which left a gloss in some areas that wouldnt go away. Second table sent to me had half smoothe finish and the other half distressed. . Third table had scratch and blemish so I didn’t accept it. I gave up and kept the second table. So beware of poor quality control and lack of satisfaction.

Horrible Customer Service

I spent close to 4,500 for a couch and a bed the first weekend in July with a delivery date of August 22nd only to find out that one of those two items is delayed another 7 to 14 days. Calling customer service is a waste of time, they don't care, they don't prioritize, they have no resolutions. The local store from which I purchased these items, which is the one by Katy Mills Mall was supposed to have called me but they don't care either, as no phone call occurred. Save your money, save your time, save the aggravation and buy from a company like Gallery Furniture, where they actually care about customers

I bought a bunch of furniture for my…

I bought a bunch of furniture for my new home, and when I checked out, it clearly gave me a delivery date. About a week before everything was supposed to arrive, I got an email saying my order was delayed because ONE item was backordered—and they won’t ship any of my other furniture until that one item is available. I’ve emailed multiple times and tried their chat just to cancel the backordered item or cancel the order, and no one will get back to me. I even told them how I was wanting to place another order for over $7,000 worth of furniture, but wanted to get this order figured out first. Still nothing. I own a business that manufactures products in the U.S., so I completely understand that delays happen. That’s not what bothers me. What’s not normal is taking someone’s money and then completely ignoring them when there’s an issue with their order. At this point, the whole thing feels very scammy, and it looks like I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank just to get someone to do something. Definitely would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

Terrible customer service terrible…

Terrible customer service terrible delivery team they damaged my property and didn’t do anything ive been contacting them multiple times they always say someone’s going to reach out it’s been months don’t ever buy from this company again they didn’t do anything about my property damaged 0/10

Terrible customer service

The store and associates are great, but customer service is abysmal. We purchased an entire living room set when the store opened in June. Our delivery window was July 28-August 11. On August 10, I called because we had not heard from them once since buying and had no delivery scheduled. I was informed that my new delivery window was now August 23-30. No one had called, emailed, or texted this change and we had already given our old furniture away in anticipation of receiving the new. This is beyond unprofessional. If I hadn’t already paid in full, I would cancel my order and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Living Spaces is a nice place to visit but buy somewhere else. Unacceptable customer service.

### ★ 1-Star Review

### ★ 1-Star Review — Extremely Frustrating Customer Service Experience I have been trying to contact Living Spaces customer service for **over a week regarding a defective sofa I purchased**, and the entire experience has been unbelievably frustrating. First, the quality of the sofa itself has been terrible. I purchased it only about **six months ago, and it is already falling apart**. For a piece of furniture that is essentially brand new, this is completely unacceptable. What has made the situation even worse is trying to get someone at Living Spaces to actually help me. I submitted a support ticket **over a week ago and still have not received a response**. Since then, I have repeatedly tried using their online chat, but I just keep going in circles with their AI agent. Today was more of the same. The AI agent told me, **“I’m connecting you to one of our human agents now who can assist you further with your warranty claim.”** After waiting and trying to get assistance, I was then told that **all of their agents were busy, they were unable to assist me, and I should simply “try again later.”** The problem is, **I HAVE been trying again.** I have repeatedly asked to speak with an actual person because I am getting nowhere, yet I continue to receive the same response with absolutely no resolution. At this point, I have a six-month-old sofa that is falling apart, an unanswered support ticket that has been sitting for more than a week, and an AI customer service system that repeatedly tells me to try again later because no human agents are available. This has been incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. Customers should not have to spend this much time chasing down a company simply to get assistance with a defective product. I have purchased from Living Spaces before, but after the poor quality of this sofa and the complete lack of customer support when something went wrong, **I will never purchase anything from Living Spaces again.**

Delivery and customer service is awful

Quality of furniture 5 stars Store itself 5 stars Delivery 1 star Customer service 1 star We bought a nice couch, 2 bar stools, and 1 tv stand The associates in the store were amazing and helped us find what we wanted and what would look good in our apartment. They told us a time window to be home. They did not arrive at the time window. They arrived an hour late. They also said they would call us before they got to our location. They did not call us. They just knocked on the door when they showed up. When they were moving all our furniture pieces in, they broke two of the doors in the tv stand. Unfixable. The delivery drivers said they already reported it and we can get those doors replaced No one reached out to us. We had to go to the store in person and talk to customer service to get the door replacement scheduled. I got an email stating the date and time they would come by and replace the doors. On that day the employee came by and only took a picture of the damage. Something living spaces already had. So i was confused. I called the phone number in the email and I talked to someone who apparently represented a 3rd party company that helps with repairs. They said they needed proof of the damage first before replacing. I was annoyed but I brushed it off and asked for when they would replace them. She said they will contact me. No one contacts me. I call living spaces again. The phone number goes to yet another 3rd party company who had no idea what i was talking about. So I hung up and called the same number to which i was finally connected to living spaces customer service and they decided it was better to just replace the whole thing. I said ok thats fine. They scheduled it for a day on the weekend. They gave me a time window from 3-6pm. I made plans that day after for 7 to go to the movies. At 5:50 they call me to tell me they will be late. So they are late for the second time. They get to our place and the delivery drivers tell me that the furniture that was supposed to replace my broken furniture is also broken. They show me and the doors are broken… So i have to call the delivery service with the drivers there to reject the piece and get ours replaced again. I was late to my movie. We had our new replacement scheduled. This is set for today. They give us the time window for 3-6 again. I wait at home from 3-6. No one texts me, no one calls me. I call them at 6:03 asking whats going on. They tell me then that they are going to be at my apartment at 7:30. An hour and 30 minutes late. Again So they were late 3 times. Brought broken furniture twice, and the customer service for delivery and replacement has been awful. It’s so sad that for a neat store and great associates is ruined by this experience. I do not recommend using this company.

A terrible experience

I bought two nightstands and a dresser in June. The delivery date was supposed to be before July 20th, but I received the nightstands after that date. One of the nightstands arrived damaged, so I requested a replacement, which didn't arrive until August 7th. From the moment I made the purchase, I kept asking about the delivery date for the dresser, but I received no response. After much persistence, I was told the estimated date was in October—with no guarantee it would actually be available by then. When I asked for a solution, they offered a 10% discount if I wanted to buy something else. Essentially, the option they gave me was to spend an extra $500; when I told them that was unacceptable, they said I could return everything. The customer service was terrible; if they knew the dresser was out of stock, they should have told me immediately, not a month and a half later—and only after I insisted.

Do NOT purchase the Carefree Warranty

I strongly recommend not purchasing the Carefree warranty. Based on my experience, it has not been worth the time, frustration, or effort. I've been dealing with a broken sectional for over a month. Despite Living Spaces providing multiple communications confirming that my sectional was originally purchased as a complete set, the warranty company has continued to treat the pieces separately. My ottoman was approved for replacement, but because the original set is no longer available, I received a store credit. Meanwhile, for the chaise, they have approved only a replacement casing. The result is that I'll end up with half of my sectional looking brand new while the other half is 18 months old, with mismatched aging and dye lots. I also had a disappointing experience with the Living Spaces corporate customer service line. I was unable to get meaningful assistance or resolution through the 1-800 number, and what felt like better in person service through the store, I still have had little support from Living Spaces who sells the warranty to customers. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision before purchasing the extended warranty.

I spent $6950 on a leather couch…

I spent $6950 on a leather couch including a $1000 warranty. My dog chewed on the door of the console and Living Spaces wouldn't connect me with the manufacture nor fix it. They dont sell parts. So I basically have to spend $500 for a small section that could easily be fixed with the door. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am very disappointed with Living…

I am very disappointed with Living Spaces’ warranty service. The back of my sofa became unstable and no longer stays upright due to what appears to be a product defect. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because the issue was not reported within 60 days of issue, it would not be covered under warranty. A defect in the structural integrity of a sofa should not be dismissed simply because it wasn’t discovered or reported within an arbitrary time frame. Customers purchase furniture expecting it to last longer than a few months and rely on the warranty to cover genuine manufacturing issues. The customer service team was polite, but the warranty policy feels unfair and does not provide the level of support I expected. I would encourage potential buyers to carefully review the warranty terms before making a purchase.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! I do not recommend Malaga outdoor furniture. I purchased the entire set and spent nearly $6,000, expecting quality furniture that would last for years. Unfortunately, in less than a year, the furniture began cracking and splintering, despite being used as intended. To make matters worse, Living Spaces blamed the damage on customer misuse instead of standing behind their product and acknowledging what appears to be a manufacturing defect. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would strongly recommend looking at other outdoor furniture brands before investing in this collection.

if you’re interested in cheap furniture, this is the place!

Poor quality construction. I got a couch and the legs don’t come out to have a 5 foot seven person can comfortably sit on the couch with the legs out…. The cushioning is very poor. I asked to get a couch with different cushions. You know and I was told that today was the last day. I told her I was in the hospital and she didn’t care… it was just oh well she didn’t do anything offer. Anything to make my experience at the store any better. I will never buy from them again.

This Company is a Scam…..Do Not…

This Company is a Scam…..Do Not recommend purchasing from them. Ordered my couch 3 months ago, still never arrived. They sent a confirmation to schedule my delivery date, I scheduled it, received confirmation date, took off work, after the given window of delivery had passed I decided to call and see what was going on, and the company informed me that the couch was not gonna be delivered. The whole experience has been horrible. Avoid using this company

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. First of all, the colors on the website don’t match the online orders. I picked out a sectional that did not look white on the website so I was given the option of an exchange. When they arrived to pick up the old sofa, the technicians would not take the sectional because had a couple of dog hairs on it. Apparently, if the technicians pick up the sofa and took it back to the warehouse with a minute amount of dog hairs, the cost of the sofa would come out of their paychecks. So I had to reschedule another pick up for a 100% dog hair free item. Believe me, I diligently tried to keep this sectional in pristine condition. I tried to cancel the new sectional that I ordered, however I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. Go and buy furniture somewhere else because they will screw you with this”special order” nonsense.

Horrible service that delivers damaged goods

First I would like to start by saying my entire house is living spaces and I jave always found the furniture to be good quality. I buy the more expensive pieces. Now I recently went in to replace a sectional I bought at Ashley's that was 6000 dollars that began to peel after just 3 years. I bought the Nestlé sectional for 2800.00. Half Ashley's. It arrived wrapped in plastic that showed no sign of damage. Howeve after unwrapping it had damage all over it. They chose to wrap up that damage and deliver it to me. I have Amex and im protected from this crap and I let them know I would be filing a claim. Then they offered to replace it when at first it was repair. I waited a month and a half for the new sectional and when they came to deliver it they claimed my couch had dog hair on it. It didnt. I have yorkies and they dont shed. I had to send pics to corporate asking them to tel me which couch was which. They obviously couldn't tell them apart. I think what they try to do is have you agree to let them keep the new cushions so they can try and sell the used couch as new. Honestly had they asked I would have agreed as their wasnt anything wrong with cushions. It just had tears all over the base. I wanted to write this review to warn people who remember the old living spaces. Its not that anymore. It's turned into a mostly cheap crappy service furniture store. Amazing how you can watch businesses just completely fall from grace. I remember when their waranty service went bankrupt lol. Don't shop here. There is an amazing place called the potato barn. They will get my business in the future. I only wish I had gone there first. Live and learn!
