Employees ignored us for an hour. Lone Tree Colorado store. Only 2 employees helping customers. The rest, appx 8, were chatting at the front desk.
We left with $4k in planned purchases. Best of luck with your furniture collection, Living Spaces ... we won't be back.
Update: After nearly three years of not being able to sit on the sofa I bought here due to the poor quality I finally got it removed and bought a great sofa from a small mom and pop shop called comfort living! Has lifetime warranty and they seem to really care about their customers.
What a company like Living Spaces, who does not care about their customers, doesn't realize is that even though they ripped me off 3k for a terrible sofa that caused me back pain and provided a rug that whose fibers broke apart daily is that they lost any future potential sales from me and everyone else they screw over. Moreover I warn my friends and family to avoid. I have never done that and only Living Spaces earned that.
Comfort living will be getting my money from here on out.
Avoid this place as they sell garbage and once you give them your money youre stuck, whether it's hurting your body or not.
So, I bought two things from them; the blue couch in the photos and the rug in the photos. Despite looking very nice I had the following problems.
1. Rug: Every time I step on it the fibers stick to my feet. They get all over the house. I found them in the kitchen, my bathroom, my backyard, my car, even at work. I spent 4 months continually picking them up. I finally gave up and the rug is in storage not being used. Complete loss on investment.
2. Sofa: The sofa is so poorly made that when I sit in the love seat it pulls my lower back into the cushions, which over time has caused terrible lower back pain. I tried using the other two seats but experienced the same problem. The cushions are so flimsy it provides 0 back support. I tried laying on it and was actually slipping in between the seats.
Not only am I out of money, but I have one piece of furniture that causes a mess, and another which causes physical pain. I don't have the funds to buy new furniture and therefore am stuck with these huge unused things in my place.
Could not be more disappointed.
Update: I followed up as the moderator advised. The store can do nothing and makes you contact corporate. I did. They took no action to rectify the matter in any way, as seen by the newly added photo of their final reply. Also added a photo of the loose threads from the carpet. I advise you to avoid this place as the quality of their products is low, and the quality of their customer service is indicative of how much they truly care for their customers. Go to Wayfair or even Amazon, or suffer buyers remorse as I did.
They get two stars only because of the staff in the stores. Quality and design is inferior and when you need customer service they will respond but they make it difficult. The technician that came to inspect my issue with the replacement they already sent which had the same design issues was a third party. He told me one thing and reported another ( he lied ).
My couch was brand new and I had to buy another one somewhere else.
From the Grand Opening Day to the day we actually purchased our furniture, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
The financing was easy. I look forward to seeing how my furniture looks in my home.
Costco Better than Supervisor Rene and Living Spaces are Bad
Spoke to a supervisor named Rene, after three text chats, one website chat and one phone call. Their warranty seems designed to create so many burdens that hopefully you forget about the warranty. Here is a specific example of how this is done: 1) you have to send a chat (wait for AI agent to get a real human, wasting a ton of time,) 2)They then tell you to “file” a claim under warranty and send you a text link to START (rather than complete) the process, 3) they say they will send you the sales receipt info that YOU WILL NEED to complete the claim, but don’t do it and can’t prove they did. 4) When you tell them it was never sent nor received (bc you were counting on this to remind you of the next step), they say it was YOUR job to babysit them and waste more time following up, rather than producing proof that they sent it by simply forwarding the copy they originally sent. This seems deliberate. 5) Further, before submitting a claim, you MUST upload a photo of the damage, but what happens when damage is not visible, like a bed that has a touch light that doesn’t work? Their response was to upload a photo anyway, but didn’t specify this in instructions. 6) They say it takes three days for someone to get back to you about the claim eligibility, but how would eligibility be determined if the damage is not visible?? All in all, if they have perfected and prioritize the SALES process, you know they can be more efficient about the service process. Their not doing so is a choice rather than circumstance. Would never buy from them again. Costco is a superior alternate both in product quality and service.
I had a wonderful experience at the VIP event this evening. The floor room, intention, and overall layout exceeded my expectations. Working Each of the staff members was above board. Special shout-out to Famous and Edwin for guiding us through the expansive floor room. I will be back for more items soon! Welcome to Georgia Living Spaces!
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I purchased a sofa from Living Spaces and was excited to receive it. Unfortunately, when the delivery team attempted delivery, they discovered that the main section physically could not fit through the access points to my residence. The sofa never entered my home and was returned.
Adding to the frustration, my receipt contained incorrect information, including errors with my name and address.
I contacted Living Spaces expecting that we could work together to find a reasonable solution. They could care less. I repeatedly explained that I had not changed my mind about the sofa and that this was not buyer's remorse. The issue was simply that the delivery could not be completed. A real bummer as I was excited to have this sofa in my place, if only it could fit.
I was then told that the delivery team should not have taken the sofa back. When I asked why they did if that was the case, I received no meaningful answer.
I also want to be clear that I was not demanding a full refund at all costs. I tried to meet Living Spaces halfway. I would have accepted a reasonable restocking fee. I would have accepted store credit. I simply wanted some kind of fair resolution.
Instead, I was met with a complete refusal to help in any way. I was told there would be no refund, no exchange, no store credit, and no accommodation of any kind because the item was marked final sale. I was instructed to pick up a sofa that Living Spaces' own delivery team had already determined could not be brought into my home. I was also told that if I did not pick it up, the sofa would be disposed of within a few days!
Think about that for a moment. Living Spaces physically has the sofa in their possession. I do not. Their own delivery team confirmed it could not be delivered, yet I am still expected to pay for it in full. They repeat that they're a "third party," which gives them license to not take any responsibility.
During one of my calls, the manager hung up on me because he didn't like my tone. A follow-up call later resulted in the same answer: there was absolutely nothing Living Spaces was willing to do.
Delivery problems happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my case, I experienced a shocking lack of flexibility, empathy, accountability, and basic customer care. A real shame as I was ready to go back and spend thousands more to complete redecorating.
What should have been an unfortunate but solvable delivery issue turned into an absolute disaster because of the way Living Spaces chose to handle it.
After this experience, Living Spaces has lost me as a customer permanently. I will never purchase another item from this company again.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Living Spaces to shop elsewhere. At the very least, avoid the mid-city Los Angeles location.
In January 2026 I purchased a Majorca recliner for 995, later discovered a flaw beneath the seat compromising the integrity of the recliner.
I filed complaint online, then was granted a replacement recliner, to the learn that the product is no longer available.
Store offered me a credit, which doesn't work for me, I requested a refund to no avail. So I filed a dispute with the creditor Synchrony bank, also to no avail.
Now I am stuck with a flawed product and credit which I don't need.
DO NOT BUY from this company. 1. Apparently the owner does not want customers calling the stores so there is no phone number to the stores, only a salespersons card with their email on it. Weird. No accountability Salespeople will not return emails. They are only furniture brokers. You can do what they do online. They tell you your item is in stock and give you a month out delivery date. Nothing is in stock, everything is back order. They contact you via email a week before your delivery date and tell you your estimated delivery is another month out. I’ve heard people waiting 6 months. Contact customer service and they are dismissive and eager to tell you “do you want to cancel!” Rage baiters! They don’t care! They’ll tell you that you should’ve had a backup couch planned, WTH!! I’m certain now that backup couch is unavailable. The stores look like legitimate stores with stocked furniture at good prices!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS! They get 1.8 on other reviews!!! The showroom is a front for furniture brokering! I’m certain they drop ship everything!!! I AM CANCELING MY ORDER since my theater has been completely and moving on.
Terrible service! Rude employees! Just bad overall one employee yelled at my 7 year old son! And manager was like I don’t know who it was…well check the camera footage! Talk to the employees and ask them! Jeez
WARNING - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING REGARDING DELIVERY - couldn't get my new apartment keys until noon. We were told if delivery was scheduled before noon, we could just reschedule for the next day. However, when we requested that they tried to tell us we would owe another fee. Don't trust these people...it is always a different story. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Shopping experience is good, delivery and the different stories you get is a whole different experience.
Received sofa is defective and not as described. Multiple seams are uneven and puckered, there are tears in the fabric, excess material, and visible workmanship defects. Item arrived in unacceptable condition and does not match expected quality.
When I called to complain they offered a discount of roughly 20% (I don't want a discount...I want a quality product and I want to pay full price!) or to exchange it in (hopefully) 2-4 weeks but could be 6 or 8 (ummmmmm...I wanted a new one in good condition today...That's what we agreed to!).
Ordered a couch with delivery attempted 4 times by your logistics provider in Jersey (FGO Logistics). EACH time they arrive outside the delivery window and fail to deliver. This is not okay and complete waste of time. Customer service happens from start to finish, not just the point of sale. Terrible customer service, there is only a AI chat bot for customer service.
Salesperson did a great job selling the items requested. Delivery was fantastic. Problems with the product not great. I have tried numerous times to make contact to determine how to return/replace a chair. Cannot get through on the phone or the web page. Guess I will pack up the chair and walk into the store (maybe make a scene) to get some assistance.
The first delivery never called..when I checked it wasn't even scheduled. Finally got it .
Second order sales people said 4 to 5 weeks. 5 weeks up and now they said up to 2 months!?
I purchased an oversized power recliner for my mom who was recovering from surgery. It cost roughly $900. Just past a year, once the warranty ran out, the motor failed, and the company refused to help. For that amount of money, I would expect significantly better quality. I would not ever buy from them again.
I purchased a STEARNS & FOSTER mattress medium queen. I paid $2,799. I selected this mattress because of the store floor model display, but the one I recieved is different and does not meet my needs.
I am a "Disabled Veteran" with service connected "back injuries." The Living Spaces in Glendale, Arizona, "refuse," to exchange the mattress, even if I pay the difference for a different, one.
The Living Spaces Stores do not care about helping, "Disabled Veterans." They are "not" a Veteran friendly store, all they want is to make a profit.
Not Military or Veteran "friendly."
