Great Product; Even Better Customer Service
I have been a night time teeth grinder for years but it always seemed like such a hassle to get fitted for a night guard. Remi makes the process easy and fun! A very helpful nurse guided me through the molding process via a video call and ensured I got a perfect fitment. My custom-molded night guard arrived about 10 days later and fits like a glove. No more enamel damaging teeth grinding at night. I also really appreciate that Remi keeps my fitment on file and can quickly and easily make me a new one should I need it or want a second one for travel. The price is a fraction of what I would need to pay through my traditional dentist and I honestly don't think the product would be any better than what I get through Remi. The real star of the show, though, is the customer service. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Remi's customer service professionals. Any time I have needed to speak with someone about my night guard or an upcoming order, I have been greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable person on the phone. Remi has clearly made a conscious investment in ensuring top-notch customer service and it really shows. Overall, I am really impressed with this company. I will continue to use their products and recommend them to anyone that needs custom dental products.
