Moft is seriously the best!! Genuinely love the Dynamic Folio case
Moft products are genuinely worth the money! My favorite is the Dynamic Folio case because of the multiple different abilities to hold or use the tablet depending on what I’m doing via the folding technology. The magnets in my particular case were strong and I had no issues with the iPad falling out. My only concern is that after one year of normal use, the rear of the case was separating from the leather backing which caused some minor bubbling. I reached out to Moft and their customer service representative responded promptly and offered solutions to my concerns. I’m really satisfied with the level of care I received from Moft’s customer service and they made me feel like I was a valued customer. I read all these negative reviews about customer service but I really think Moft has improved since those reviews have been written. If you don’t care about customer service and only about the product- don’t hesitate to buy any of the products they offer! Sure you could find a cheaper case somewhere else, but the quality and functionality of the Dynamic Folio really sets it apart from the other options on the market. I say all this to really drive home how impressed I am with both their products and my experience with customer service as of writing this review.
