I've been an Empress Mimi customer for several months now. Every order is perfect, exactly as I expected. The products are high quality. It's the first lingerie brand that suits me so well. The customer service is also excellent (I recently had to cancel an order at the last minute, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding).
