As for the product, I think your product is one step ahead to other competitors. For customer service, even though there are some lapses like never book the installation schedule even your staff called me and fixed the schedule of installation last Monday morning but finally booking is nothing… one of your staff manage to handle the issue and gave the timing to install my 4 units of prism ceiling fan. Thank you for that.
