parcels always arrive late
parcels always arrive late, nvr on time, say on its way, next min after asking them where it is after 1 day. Customer service say some useless things then finally reschedule, must i really go through all these? can yall not deliver on time for once? Poor service, hope to never deal with this type of service again. 1 star is being v generous already
