I have recieved wrong item today and I emailed them and Facebook message them but no response so far. Ordeeed 3 cottons shirts in which 2 were half button and one full button. They sent me one wrong type (non half button or type) and wrong size. Instead of X-L they sent me Medium. Sending back is a hassle could cost me money, time and effort. I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before buying it. Similar looking items on other sites are way cheaper. Order no:UKBS82341
