I won $300, completed the full verification process, submitted all requested documentation, and received confirmation that both my verification and redemption request had been approved. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not been provided with a clear explanation, an updated timeline, or any meaningful communication regarding the delay. I was advised that my case would be escalated, yet no follow-up or resolution has been provided. Delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and communication after approval has been unacceptable. Approving a redemption and providing a payout timeframe creates expectations that should either be met or updated promptly if circumstances change. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. Reliable payouts and responsive customer service are essential for trust, and unfortunately my experience did not reflect either.
