Dorian, has been great with explaining in detail all the information I needed. He has been very quick and getting back to me when I reach out for anything. I was worried about the tech help at Boss Laser in the beginning as I had some bad experiences but now dealing with Dorian. I'm so glad I went with a Boss Laser then buying another AP Laser.
