Looks great on the Web, Not so much when you get it and good luck getting a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. While the photography and AI-generated images of their clothing line are impressive, the actual quality is sub-par at best. The items look embroidered in the photos—and the descriptions falsely claim that they are—but they actually just have a cheap, flat image screen-printed onto the garment. I only took a chance on them because their policy seemed to guarantee returns via customer service if you weren't happy. When the items arrived and I saw the poor quality, I immediately requested a refund. They asked me to send photos of the garments, which I did. After hearing nothing for several days, I followed up twice, only to receive this generic stall tactic: "Dear Customer: Thank you very much for your continued email! We have received your product photos and relevant information. We apologize for the problem you encountered. We have provided the relevant information to our after-sales department, and they will complete the process within the next 3 business days. We will verify the issue and provide you with a solution. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We wish you a happy life!" Tired of the runaround, I reached out to Amex to dispute the charge. Amex refunded me in less than an hour. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.
