Bate and switch-False advertising
They set the Bait, then the Switch. What I thought I was ordering and pictured on there site was 3 beautiful cloth quilted tote bags. What I received were not quilted and just a picture printed on canvas. When I reached out to the company, no refund or return was offered. They stated that there may be slight differences between the product and the images.Being not quilted when described and ordered as a quilted tote bag is not a slight difference. It’s false advertising. They stated If I truly didn’t like the product I might consider gifting it to family or friends, then offered me a 15% coupon for my next order.Don’t think so. Beware of this company. Paid money for something I didn’t order.
