Prompt, friendly, successful help in troubleshooting a problem
For the past year, I have used my Kineon Move Pro red lights twice a day for knee pain. It has made a huge difference for me. Last week, one of the modules on the device stopped charging properly. When I reported this, I got friendly, prompt coaching and follow-up on several things I could do to try to remedy the problem. I tried all three simultaneously and it worked! Now the device is working just fine again. And I even got a friendly follow-up message from Noel, my helper at Kineon. I was very pleased with the help I received, and am thrilled to have my red lights back in action.
