FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES
I purchased a wig. I chose the option to use PayPal Afterpay with $10 installment payments four times. What happened is that they charged me the entire $39 amount which might not be a lot to many, but it is for me…I’m a veteran , previously homeless going through a lot … I have a debilitating disease have a life-threatening disease amongst myriad of other problems. I thought I would treat myself to something fun and pretty they wouldn’t even change it to the Afterpay with PayPal and the $10 installments which I believe I signed up for I immediately canceled the order immediately not 24 hours. They’re not 12 hours later but immediately and now I’m going through all of these bollocks. I’m, first I’ve got text message saying that my refund would be processed by 3:30 PM on June 11 . Now I’m chatting with the alleged customer service swindler bandit, and they’re saying “oh well this was done on the 12th” when I have a receipt from PayPal I have all kinds of emails from June 11. It is now the 12th in California…. I don’t know what time zone they’re working on, but they are supposed to honor the time zone in which the goods were purchased. I’ve been going through this all day long. I’m sure the hair is lovely but at this juncture it’s more about principal…they keep saying that they’re going to escalate the order number yada yada yada these people are completely fraudulent. They may have good product, but they have fraudulent business practices. My PayPal account was immediately debited. Why is it? They can’t immediately give me my money back??! What they’re trying to do is make it so that it appears that the order was made on June 12 when in fact it most certainly thought it was made on June 11 and this all in order to get what 10 or 15% of the purchase price back when I canceled it like literally 5 to 10 minutes after I placed the order I promise I will post the most horrendous reviews about these people and their fraudulent business practices all over the Internet everywhere. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and whatever international financial consumer fraud authorities. Oh did I forget to mention that I’m a legal professional as well? ha ha Order # PK424733 I have emailed chatted text and everything else I’m at my limit! If they do not refund my money immediately there will be consequences
