Don't purchase!!! They are Scammers!!!!
After ordering online, it took over a week for them to even process my order and then they told me that some of the items that I ordered were no longer in stock. It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Then I needed to return a few items, they sent me an invalid return address with a Dock Number. When I addressed this to Micas, they said this is the return address. Both USPS and UPS said that the address was invalid. Needless to.say I have items that I can't use or return. I will NEVER purchase from this place again. Decent clothing and quality though. Update as of 6/27/26. I returned the unused items to the address given. After waiting for over a week for my return to be "accepted" I emailed them to ask about the status of my refund. I received a email from them saying they can return the top but not the bottom because it had been worn. Yes, I tried the entire outfit on when I received it. The top was a Large (too big) and the pants were an XL (which was entirely too big). I immediately put the items back into bag and sent an email (less than 2 days after receiving my items) to begin the return process. They sent me a picture of a pair of pants that looked like the pair that I purchased showing only the hem of the pants, saying that they had been worn. The hem does not show any threads missing, any dirt on the bottom, nothing, just a double hem. That more than likely came from them when they sewed the pants. I reordered the exact same outfit in Mediums (top and bottom) when I sent the original order back and I received an email indicating that my items had been received at the warehouse. So if I need an ENTIRE Medium outfit, where in the heck did I wear an XL pants to? All tags were still attached to both items. This place is a Scam!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM BECAUSE THAT "EASY RETURN" IS SOME CRAP. I LOST MONEY DEALING WITH THEM. I BOUGHT THE 1ST OUTFIT AND HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT RETURNED. THEN THEY SEND ME SOME.BOGUS CRAP ABOUT THEM SENDiNG ME THE MONEY BACK FOR MY TOP ONLY AND NOT MY BOTTOM BECAUSE THEY WERE WORN AND THEY WERE NOT WORN BECAUSE I COULDN'T EVEN FIT THE PANTS!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO EVERY SINGLE PLATFORM. I HOPE MY $58 WAS WORTH IT. SCAMMERS!!!!!
