Some support was excellent and I loved it, but it wasn’t consistent. other times when I used the chat to ask a question . immediately the agent disconnected the chat after providing unhelpful response. so it’s not consistently excellent but if you get a good agent, then it’s really good and I do like that y’all kept up with one issue but that’s when I had a good agent that helped me. I think the email contact was better. if I emailed for help instead of trying to do the chat.
