I used ZoomConvert once and have now been charged £39.99 for a subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. What makes this even more frustrating is that I did not even have an account with them. After seeing the charge, I created an account today to investigate, only to find no subscription information and no way to cancel whatever I have been charged for. I have contacted support requesting a refund and cancellation, but the whole experience feels misleading and extremely concerning. Customers should be able to clearly see what they are signing up for and have an easy way to manage or cancel subscriptions. Very disappointed and would advise others to check their bank statements carefully after using this service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
