Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Don't buy it, it's a scam! I bought a gift intended as my partner's first Father's Day present, a meaningful occasion that cannot be repeated. I spent considerable time searching for something special and unique, which is what initially attracted me to Soufeel's products. In total, I paid nearly £60 for the gift, plus £4 for a "VIP Service," expecting a high-quality product and customer experience. Instead, I received a product of extremely poor quality that is not only disappointing but also defective. Soufeel does not take responsibility for ensuring that products are adequately packaged to withstand transportation. Instead, they place the burden on customers by providing videos explaining how to reassemble a damaged product after delivery. I paid a premium price for what was advertised as a finished, high-quality gift. I have provided them with photographs clearly demonstrating the poor condition and quality of the item I received, but they refuse to refund me. Customers shouldn't be expected to absorb the financial loss resulting from Soufeel's failure to deliver the product as advertised.
