The interface is confusing, cost model poor
The interface is confusing, when transitioning to a 'corporate' plan there was no credit or merging of individual licenses vs the bundled packages, many of the certifications are misleading as they do not actually fully meet OSHA guidelines as they do not have hands on so we had to purchase separate training that also included what we paid 360 for. The money spent in no way aligned with the value and experience we recieved
