My order was flagged and cancelled from Lexi Starley. I called and spoke w/John T and he was very helpful in obtaining additional information from me to reinstitute my order and get things back on track for delivery. Subsequently after that (about 30 min later), I received another email from Lexi Starley, cancelling the order again. This is frustrating as I had to call PlumberStock again to understand, what was going on. They ensured that my order has been placed and delivery is scheduled as planned. All good now but still uneasy that my order is possibly cancelled.
