Excellent customer service
I got on a call with Hop2 to cancel my tickets within 24 hrs. Eddie helped me with the process and went the extra mile to make an exception to refund the seat purchases which are usually non-refundable. Eddie even followed through the next day which is something I have never seen any customer service do. Overall extremely satisfied with Hop2 and will be my default platform to buy tickets here on.
