Bait & switch!
After having an amazing experience with their try-at-home process, I ordered a custom-made dress to wear at my son's wedding. All of the try-at-home dresses came quickly from a location in the U.S., were quality dresses, and were packaged in such a way that they were ready to wear. My custom dress came from overseas wadded in a tiny box and looking very different than what I was expecting. The quality of the fabric was poor, and the dress did not fit. There was no allowance made in the hip measurement, and since there was no give in the fabric, the dress was too tight. I ordered the equivalent of a size 14 dress, and the length of the dress was nearly 6 inches shorter than that of a size 00 dress. I am short, but not that short! I filled out their "contact us" form on their website and received no response. I only received a response after questioning a discount they added to my account for future use after I completed their survey to express my displeasure. I have had two responses since the 2nd time I contacted them and currently have been waiting 5 days for a response from my last email.
