Thank you Luna at PlumbersStock.com
Thank you Luna. I received first rate customer service and professional follow thru from Luna a PlumbersStock.com customer service representative. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in her assistance with me. I went from being a not so happy customer (long lead time for my chosen products and expensive shipping for a low cost product) to a PlumbersStock fan. Luna helped get it right. She was diligent and assured me that things would be taken care of and THEY WERE! She followed up and tracked it for me so I didn’t need to call back and do that myself. She then followed up! That is a true representative! As a result- we’ll absolutely work with PlumbersStock in the future. Thank you to Luna who is a 5 star customer service representative. People like Luna are what makes you guys great! 5 stars!!
