Joe was tremendous help
Joe helped me with the final step of USPTO Trademark filing which was providing a SOU specimen. I was having a lot of trouble and he was very patienct, staying n the phone to talk me though it, refusing to give up. He even stayed a few minutes past his normal work hours.
