1 star is way too much
I had reservations at making reservations with this company. I thought the ticket price was way to good to be true but thought maybe my luck has changed, I received a phone call from Amy Shelton stating the reservations I had was made on stand by. She stated she could change my flight time so my party could all fly together. I thought I was still staying on SW since it was an additional fee of 300$ NO I was downgraded to Frontier. So my 590$ went to 850$ I tried to call Amy back since she did call me several times during the day but they would not transfer me to her. I did call to see if I could get a refund for my reservation. I was told no I could not. Mind ya I called a couple hours later. I know Frontier would have refunded within 24 hrs. I had asked at least my 300$ refunded The lady told me I could not and said the 300$ was due to what the ticket cost was at the time. Pure BULLSHIT. I have never known Frontier to be that much. Lesson learned I will NEVER EVER use this site nor well I EVER recommend it. Such a SCAM!!! I really cant give Amy any review since I was not able to discuss the situation further. I know my review will go unseen but all I can say is BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT !
