Are they a scam outfit 🤔
It is very unfortunate that we encountered issues with our recent purchase. We intended to secure our own URL and proceeded to purchase it from Soho. We have received the invoice, and the funds have been deducted from our bank account. However, after two days, we experienced difficulties configuring our email. Upon reaching out to Soho support, a representative informed us that we need to make an additional purchase, despite the URL still appearing available. This situation is quite disappointing, as it seems we are being asked to pay twice for the same service. We are very disheartened by this experience.
