Awful, scam.
Awful overall experience. I chose an appointment on the calendar for $120. I was charged $225 with no warning, no explanation. Nowhere on their profile page does the appointment details list the price, you're just charged whatever they feel like. Their site is extremely confusing - it sent me the same intake forms three times, then after my appointment was booked it sent me a link to a page that said "Book your appointment!" for the same time I'd already booked. I really wasn't 100% sure if I actually had an appointment until it happened, and then I was charged $105 more than I'd anticipated. Furthermore the provider they matched me with was zero help, showed up over half an hour late to the appointment, asked me the same questions I'd already answered three times on intake forms, and sent me an email questionnaire to discuss in a follow-up appointment. The email questionnaire could have been done BEFORE the appointment, but why do that when you can get another couple hundred bucks out of a client with a follow-up appointment. 0/10, do not recommend, will not be back.
