Received a POWMR inverter defective…
Received a POWMR inverter opened package and sent email about a bad smell. This purchase 11/24.24 has a 2 year warranty. No response, so continued replacing older unit with exact requirements as this unit except 220 split phase. Unit would just error code about changing error, would not charge. so emailed seller POWMR, They sent me to tech support, worked with them for months telling me do this and sen videos, do that send videos. for months. Finally the sent firmware to repair issue . that fixed that issue. Mind you the 30 day window has now passed for Ebays supposed warranty claims and the supposed 10 day return. They wouldn't honor return and avoided that, before 10 day issue said send video.Next the unit is rated at 6500Watts, all unit would do is error new codes. turned off unit let sit now turn on with 3x100 watt lite bulbs for a total of 300watts max. versus unit rating of 6500watts. I runs for about 60 seconds error codes pops up and shuts down. So i send more videos and more emails now it's a year and still no positive out come. I have all emails and most of videos due to space constraints. Still have no resolutions. almost a thousand dollars for unit and don't know how many man hours in responses. the last response was to another person who is responsible for response. Still nothing after 2 years of compliance responses. I Still send reminders to Corporate and the say its out of his hands, its in some one else's. as of 11/26, and as lately may of 2026. Sounds like a total ripe off and no support from Ebay either. After June 26 still nothing from powMr.us. I sent you that information the same day? Well I installed 6 smaller units and done Solar for almost 50 yrs. I pray non of the smaller units don't die because I know it will be a lost cause. The evidence is here.
