Peace of Mind From Their Error Checking
The best part about this service was it's online application where it checks for mistakes in real time and generates the correct form and being able to go to a FedEx office and have my picture taken and the application printed out (since my printer is broken), signed, and just drop everything into a FedEx mailer along with the printed label. Plus, if I did anything wrong, they would handle it. To me, it was worth the money for the convenience and peace of mind. The only suggestion I have is that they make the tracking process more clear by explaining that I would actually be receiving three separate return mailings: the passport, the passport card, and finally, my old passport and other evidence documents. All in all, it was a great experience.
