Never completed their obligations. This is a total waste and very misleading! They help you fill out the form and you are still responsible for printing and shipping. You are paying for the shipping label which I never received! The tracking service is available via state department. You cannot reach anyone on the phone if you have a problem. Good luck getting a refund after you rush to the post office to do it yourself. They don’t answer the phone or call you back. I ended up disputing with my cc company.
