My Topcashback account was disabled after involuntary refunds
My Topcashback account cannot be logged into today, even after resetting password. I believe that the account has been disabled. My $1082.02 payable cashback from previous purchases cannot be withdrawn. I believe this incident is due to a high number of denials of cashback from Ticketsmarter. In fact, my account has been on hold for cashback withdrawal on May 13 2026 by the Quality Team of Topcashback due to the purchases at Ticketsmarter (see customer service ticket 1105542). I have explained that these ticket purchases were for my family gathering for two events: an NBA playoff game at Philadelphia 76ers and an NHL playoff game at Anaheim Ducks. On Ticketsmarter, tickets from different ticket holders must be purchased separately. It explains the high number of purchases. The hold on my account has been lifted by the Quality Team after the explanation. Please let me know if you need the receipts. However, these games did not happen because Philadelphia 76ers and Anaheim Ducks were eliminated too early. 76ers lost to New York Knicks by 4:0, but the tickets I purchased were for Game 7. Ducks were eliminated by Vegas Golden Knight in Round 2, but my tickets were for a home game at Ducks in Western Conference Final. Since the games did not happen, these tracked purchases were cancelled and refunded automatically by Ticketsmarter. Consequently, the related cashback was denied. I believe it causes my account to be disabled. Please note that the cancellation was not initiated by me and cannot be controlled by me. I purchased the tickets legitimately and hoped to enjoy the game, but the games were cancelled by NBA and NHL due to the elimination rules. Hereby I request Topcashback to reinstate my account and cashback account balance (all payable, confirmed and pending ones) since the large number and dollar amount of refund and cashback denial was automatic and out of my control.
