Don't sign up with liars!
See update below: Anyone out there considering to use trugreen? WRONG decision! Reconsider before stepping into mud!!! They damaged my lawn last year, and promised to be out here to my lawn to repair the next spring/summer season. Today's temperature was in the high 80's. Is Anyone aware if summer has arrived? Because trugreen has NOT!!! They called several times with promises, but never kept their promises!! So far I have a damaged lawn and I'm mortified from my neighbors! And guess what, they ARE BILLING ME! and when I check in why, they say that they will remove it, because it goes out automatically...but so far, the automated system hasn't been stopped yet!!! Anyone looking to pay for lawn damage, then go ahead and sign up with trugreen lawn services! Guaranteed for disaster! Update: ...and now see their stupid reply to this review!!! They are thanking me for reaching out to them in person, and I should let them know if I need any help??!! Seriously? What did you do to offer additional help? Anyone says that reaching out in person helped? Nobody should be fooled by their response. The only thing they do is calling back with different names and different titles and promiss...and...nothing more!!!
