One of the more affordable options out…

One of the more affordable options out there. We’ve been ordering for several years. Ingredient quality has gone down recently as has packaging. Had several repeated issues with leaks and damaged items. Food items squished, exploding potatoes, hair in the packing tape, leaking meats almost every week, etc. Sometimes the company responds right away, sometimes not at all. Basic meat&potato recipes used to be standard but now cost premium, there are a lot more exotic type meals that just don’t interest us and it’s hard to find more family/kid friendly options now. They don’t want falafel and tofu tzatziki lettuce cups. But repeatedly having mac&cheese or spaghetti gets old also. The whole point of a meal kit is to avoid repeating the same boring recipes like that. Variety doesn’t mean eating things we can’t pronounce. Do like the minimal waste like no recipe cards, but feel like “pantry staple” items that are required for recipes seems to be an every growing list when some of the things used to come with the meals. Cost has gone up, quality has gone down, but still one of the more affordable food kits out there.
