Ordering was simple but receiving items seems impossible
Placed in order for a perfume set of Cedrus Blanc and Nava Sol on August 9th. Received a package on August 20th only containing the Nava Sol. The bottle of Cedrus Blanc was missing. I immediately photographed the shipping container and the item I had received and contacted Beauty house with the issue and the evidence.. They did not respond to my inquiry until I went directly through the Shop app complaint process and have not responded again since. I would definitely find another vendor to order your perfumes through as Beauty House obviously does not care about delivering customers the items they pay for nor the simple courtesy of replying to inquiries.
