Inconsistent support
Inconsistent support. Males were preferred. I am referring to defective water bottles. I requested assistance and was told to ask ship staff. A male friend asked for assistance and was immediately given a new bottle by gohagan. Overall, not worth the hefty price tag. I do not recommend.
