Misleading and predatory subscriptions
Misleading and predatory practices for billing subscriptions, from the other reviews I can see that many other users keep experiencing the same problems. In addition, the performance of the software (Acrobat) itself does not justify its price and hasn't kept up nearly enough with developments over the years.
