HTC U24, order number ETOR24300716
I ordered a HTC U24, order number ETOR24300716. I got a broken, chinese phone with wrong outlet. The phone isn't charging, stays at 0%. Costumer service is non existent. I want to return the phone but since more than a month I get no answer. I wouldn't even write this review, if at least I could return the phone. Edit: We finally could get in contact. Phone works, apperantly 15 watts isn't enough to charge this damn thing. This was still completey unnecessary, as they could've just send the right charger for european outlets. All of this back and forth took way too long also.
