Charge $1,089.00 for 1 job posting for 5 days past my renewal day. I would strongly caution companies before spending money with ZipRecruiter. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid a significant amount of money for job postings and received very little value in return. While there was no shortage of applicants, the vast majority were completely unqualified for the positions we were trying to fill. The platform generated activity, but activity does not equal results. We found ourselves spending countless hours sorting through applicants who did not meet even the basic requirements of the job. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of candidate quality and targeting. The most frustrating part was the cost compared to the outcome. We achieved better hiring results through referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods that cost significantly less. If your company is considering ZipRecruiter, ask hard questions about applicant quality, not just applicant quantity. In our case, the return on investment was nowhere close to justifying the expense.
