Total Wireless owes me a refund
Total Wireless owes me a refund. They have the phone, unopened since June 6,2026. When I called the first time I was told 4 - 5 business days. Waited and then it went to 30 days. Now it supposed to be 10-14 days. Customer service is a joke.
