Beware Apartment Users, Fish Eaters
There are parts of it that are good for people with food allergies. But they use OnTrac which is a terrible service, and if you're in an apartment complex, they will not drop it off at your door, per their new policy. They will leave it, for example, either outside the Amazon lockers (if you have that, or the equivalent of the mail room). Which, if you are in a state with humid weather, can cause food to spoil prematurely, so you better be available to pick it up fast. Also, there have been multiple cases of inadequate meat and fish packaging, where there are holes in both and they cross-contaminate each other. Overall, I would not recommend this service long-term. I will be switching over to a new one very soon. I've had enough of dealing with this. It's inconvenient and borderline dangerous. Again, I've had 3 cases of cross-contamination with photo evidence. Yet you get some automated response and they offer to comp those products. Is a comped $5 value worth you getting food poisoning?
